On the Puzzle Breakers project, I was anArt Producer. My area of responsibility was: Heroes, Effects, Meta UI.
I supervised and trained leads in all these fields, produced 2D and 3D standards, prepared guides, set up pipelines, and formed the teams.
Working in a big team is very different from working in small studios. One of the tasks of the producer is setupping the seamless work of specialists as efficiently as possible,
allocate responsibility and ensure uniformity and a high level of quality at all stages. I think we did pretty well.
